PROFILE:MATCH® JOB ANALYSIS
If you want to find something – you have to know what you’re looking for. The Job Analysis Survey (JAS) helps you to identify the essential characteristics and competencies that underpin high performance.
Potentially, anyone who knows about the job in question, or has experience of it, can contribute to this online process – HR staff, managers, supervisors, people who have done that job or who are doing it now.
How it works
ONE: You set up a JAS by entering the job title and the name of the organisation, and setting a closing date for survey completion. Then you give your survey a name, and save your JAS.
TWO: You will receive emailed instructions about how to take part in the online survey, which you forward to each participant.
THREE: When all the survey results are in, select those you wish to include, and generate a JAS Report
PROFILE:MATCH® then collates and analyses these responses and the JAS Report prioritises the competencies to be considered for candidate assessment.
