The creators of PROFILE:MATCH®, Psychological Consultancy Limited (UK), have many years experience in providing individually crafted personality assessment reports based on their clients' own competency frameworks. PROFILE:MATCH® was developed originally as an in-house ‘expert system’ to address issues about the fairness and consistency of that approach. It was designed to eliminate any variability in profile interpretation between different psychologists working on the same project.
